Wash inside out.
Machine wash cold (30°C maximum).
Wash with similar colors.
Use a mild detergent.
Do not bleach.
Do not tumble dry.
Hang or lay flat to dry.
Iron on low heat if needed.
Do not iron directly on prints, logos, or decorative details.
Do not dry clean unless stated on the garment label.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During sales, new collection launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days.
Other Governorates: 2–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location or courier service.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking information (where available).

Incorrect Address

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Products without original tags or packaging.
Sale or clearance items (unless received damaged or incorrect).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method (where applicable). Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
