Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Products without original tags or packaging.

Sale or clearance items (unless received damaged or incorrect).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method (where applicable). Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
If you'd like a different size or color, we'll gladly exchange your item based on stock availability.
